Our questionnaires illuminate values, expectations, and communication styles, so every introduction begins on shared ground. Each caregiver profile is personally reviewed before introductions are made. Our Fair-Commitment Contract offers a clear framework from day one, helping families and caregivers begin working together with shared expectations and confidence. And when helpful, Tended also offers guidance to support strong communication and long-term alignment between families and caregivers, helping relationships grow with intention.

How it Works
Getting started should feel simple, supported, and straightforward.
1. Share your profile — Complete a short questionnaire to help us understand your values, preferences, and communication style.
2. We look for alignment — We personally review every profile and identify matches rooted in values and long-term compatibility.
3. Receive curated matches — Families receive 1–3 caregiver bios; caregivers also receive family bios.
4. Prepare & connect — Both families and caregivers receive a thoughtful interview preparation guide to help conversations begin clearly and confidently.
5. Start strong — Use our Fair-Commitment Contract and structured guidance to begin the relationship with clarity and confidence.
